Submitting files
Before submitting your files, please review the file checklist. Once you have done that, please compress your files before sending them; we prefer the zip format. Multiple files can be archived in one zip or StuffIt file.
If your file is small enough, it's easiest to send it by email. We can accept files of at least 10 mb in size.
Larger Files
If you need to send us a larger file, you have a couple of options. You can upload it to an FTP site, or you can send it using a third party service.
Uploading Files via FTP
Uploading files to an FTP site is much easier than you may think. You will need an application designed for that purpose. On our Macs, we use and recommend Cyberduck; for PC, we recommend FileZilla. Both are free to download and use.
Users of the Firefox web browser have another option. The FireFTP add-on will allow you to upload files to our server directly from your browser.
If you wish to use our FTP site, please contact us via email for login information. Once you have uploaded your files, call or email us to verify receipt of your files.
Web-Based File Services
Some of our clients use YouSendIt, a web-based service which allows you to send files of up 100 mb. There are both free and premium levels of service
